🚿 Pan Washer & Mixer Grinder Installations

This week, Mike decommissioned and installed several commercial Pan Washers and Mixer Grinders across different customer sites. He worked closely with onsite electricians and plumbers to make sure every install was fast, safe, and completed with minimal downtime.

⚠️ Preventing Common Machine Setup & Cleaning Mistakes

We’ve noticed a rise in issues caused by incorrect mixer grinder setup or poor cleaning routines. To tackle this, Mike produced a series of easy-to-follow ‘How To’ equipment videos for customers and staff to reference. These help prevent costly breakdowns and ensure compliance.

💡 Helping Customers Avoid Unnecessary Call-Outs

A customer reported a Pan Washer drainage issue. After a quick phone consult, Mike identified it as a plumbing fault, not an equipment issue — saving the customer time and a costly call-out. Another case involved a Biro AFMG Mixer Grinder that wouldn’t power on — it turned out to be a simple plug fault.

🧰 Health & Safety Equipment Servicing

Mike serviced numerous bandsaws and mixer grinders — many were not meeting Health & Safety regulations. Each customer received a detailed post-service report with actionable recommendations to stay compliant.
