Running an independent business has never been harder and its not going to get easier.

Having run a food business for over 10 years we have come to realise the power that can be generated by sharing resources and combining buying power.

Our reason for being is to give independent high street butchers the same level of support that chain retailers get from their head office.

We do this in 2 ways:

1) Negotiating bulk discounts with suppliers and pass all savings directly to high street butchers.

2) Providing cutting edge marketing knowledge to ensure high street butchers attract new customers and keep them coming back.

In short we help high street butchers cut costs and grow sales.

Our simple reason for doing this is we love great food and the only place you can buy great meat in Britain remains at a quality high street butcher.

We passionately believe there could be a quality butcher on every high street in the UK but first we have to ensure the ones we still have are thriving which will in turn attract the next generation.

Unfortunately we are not able to provide this service to everyone so we limit spaces to our programme.
