This gives you a chance to see how we work, how we approach your equipment and whether we’re a good long-term fit for your business. If it works, we can build a plan that suits you. If not, there’s no obligation, no long-term commitment, and no pressure.

Can you service equipment we didn’t buy from you?

Yes - we support equipment regardless of where it was purchased. In fact, most of the machines we maintain weren’t originally supplied by us and sometimes we even recommend buying from a competitor or direct from the manufacturer if that's right for you. Whether you need help with a single machine, a few key pieces of equipment or full-site maintenance across your entire operation (including facilities), we build service plans to match your business.

Can you look after all my machines?

Yes - we can take full responsibility for maintaining your entire production operation. Whether you have a single machine, a full production line, or multiple sites, we build service plans to cover everything. We make sure we use engineers who are experienced with each type of machinery which can mean working with vetted contractors but rest assured we handle all the admin.

Do you support multiple brands and different types of machines?

Yes we work across a wide range of brands, models, and equipment types in food processing and production. Our engineers are trained to handle different systems, and we build technical files for your specific machines as part of our service. Mixed sites with equipment from multiple manufacturers are very common - we make sure everything stays running, regardless of the badge on the front.

What happens when something breaks unexpectedly?

If parts are needed, we source them fast and keep you fully updated throughout. The priority is always to get you back into production with minimal downtime.

How fast can you respond to breakdowns?

In many cases, we respond the same day often within hours depending on your location and the urgency of the issue. Our regular service clients receive priority callout support.

What if you can’t fix the fault immediately?

No one can pretend they fix everything first time. So if a fault can’t be fixed on the first visit, we always provide a clear, safe temporary solution where possible to minimise downtime. We source any required parts quickly, keep you fully informed and you'll be a priority to get to back up and running.

How much do your service plans cost?

Costs depend on your equipment, service frequency and production setup. We provide clear, fixed pricing with no surprises. Most clients find that even one prevented breakdown easily offsets the full cost of annual maintenance.

Are there any hidden charges for callouts or parts?

No all costs are clearly explained upfront. If additional work, parts, or callouts are required, you’ll always know the full price before we proceed. Where possible we try and charge a fixed fee but sometimes we do have to charge an hourly rate but we will always make this clear up front. No hidden fees, no surprises.

Do you supply and fit spare parts?

Yes we supply and fit both Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and high-quality approved alternatives, depending on what’s most reliable and cost-effective for your equipment. We’ll always advise you on the best option for long-term performance.

Will your engineers follow our site safety and hygiene rules?

Absolutely. All our engineers are fully trained in food production hygiene, safety protocols, and site-specific procedures. We work closely with your team to ensure full compliance at every visit and brief the engineers prior to visiting you.
