Goods Being Sold
9.1 Special offers are subject to stock availability and are subject to change without prior notice.
9.2 All product images are for illustrative purposed and those we always aim to ensure they are accurate; the design may differ from the final delivered product.
VAT and Prices
9.3 All prices are correct at the time of press but Cibamat reserves the right to modify prices and specifications without prior notice.
9.4 VAT applicable as required at the rate on the day of the invoice.
9.5 All prices are exclusive on installation unless otherwise stated or agreed.
9.6 Terms of payment shall be stated on the invoice.
9.7 All goods remain the property of Cibamat until paid in full by the customer.
Delivery
9.9 This website is for delivery of products to customers in Mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery. Delivery may be possible to
Scottish Islands, Isle of Scilly & Isle of Man and International areas, please contact us for a quote prior to ordering.
9.12 Prices do not include installation. Where applicable this can be arranged at our discretion and is subject to location and time limitation.
9.13 Any refused delivery charges either directly from Cibamat or third-party suppliers will be passed onto the Customer where appropriate.
9.14 Delivery as standard for all orders is to the kerb side at ground floor level.
9.15 Larger items may be delivered on a pallet or in a crate and will need to be moved onto your site/premises by yourself. The delivery driver is unable to assist with the unpacking and positioning process due to liability insurance regulation.
9.16 Prior to dispatch, we must be made aware of any restrictions that may affect the delivery in any way, such as weight limits, access limitations or pedestrianised zones.
This allows for any alternative delivery options to be arranged and ensure that you (the Customer) receive items on time.
9.17 Failure to do so may cause the delivery to be aborted and additional charges may be incurred.
It is important to note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control.
9.18 As standard, deliveries are carried out between the hours of 7:30am and 6:30pm on a normal working day (Monday - Friday). Please note: This service does not include unpacking the item or transferring it onto/into your premises.
9.19 Delivery lead times will vary depending upon the product and manufacturer, with further details being found on individual product pages regarding typical delivery time frames or availability.
3.2 Estimated timescales are specified on product pages and delivery charges are specified in the cart. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Cibamat shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales
9.20 All in-stock items should normally be dispatched within 72 hours.
9.21 All delivery times quoted are based on orders being placed before 12:00 pm (midday) Monday-Friday.
9.22 Any orders placed after this time will fall into the next relevant working day. All delivery times stated are subject to stock availability.
9.23 Goods must be checked upon receipt and before you sign the delivery note.
9.24 Any goods not checked and signed for at the point of delivery, may not be able to be claimed for, should any issues arise due to damage.
9.25 If there is damage on delivery, as well as signing the delivery note as such, the Customer must give written communication to Cibamat [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery.
9.26
Risk of loss or damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you. For the purposes of proof of delivery only, our delivery driver will ask for your signature.
Returns
Please note the returns policy is different for Machinery and Non-Machinery items.
ALL MACHINERY
All machinery is non-returnable unless the manufacturer is in agreement.
9.26 Unless otherwise specified our warranty is parts only. If you come across any faults or issues with your machine after you have purchased it you must
9.26.1 Stop using your machine9.26.2 Inform Cibamat by email at [email protected] detailing the machine, serial number and the issue9.26.3 Refer to the comprehensive user manual (please do contact us if you required another copy)9.26.3 A member of the Cibamat team will contact you to help you with your troubleshooting and discuss next steps if necessary.
NON-MACHINERY ITEMS - SUNDRIES, SPARE PARTS, CLOTHING, INGREDIENTS
9.27 With a few exceptions, regularly stocked products can be returned within 7 days of receipt at the customers' expense.
We are unable to accept returns for consumable products and customizable products.
9.28 All returns may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on what our suppliers charge
9.29 Any additional delivery costs that may have been incurred at the point of sale, will not be refunded.
9.30 Items purchased through Cibamat are subject to the following conditions if you require to return the item:
a) the item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged and in it's original packaging.
b) once the item has been returned to the supplier and point a) has been confirmed, then your refund will be effected to the nominated account or credited back to your credit card, minus any associated credit card fees.9.31 If the returned item has been used in any way it will be deemed to be second hand and no refund will be issued.
Warranties
9.32 Unless otherwise specified in your buying agreement the machine has been sold with a parts only warranty. This means:9.32.1. Only damaged parts will be covered by the manufacturer if they are found to be faulty and not subject to machine misuse.9.32.1 The costs of all transport, call out charges, labour (incl. diagnosis of the issue) will be paid by the buyer.9.33 Please note a warranty may be invalidated if a non manufacturer approved engineer attends, inspects or repairs a product.
9.34 Should an item need to be returned, customers must arrange for any faulty unit(s) to be returned to the manufacturer for repair when the items are covered by a back-to-base warranty. Please ensure that the item(s) are well packaged as neither Cibamat nor the manufacturer will accept any responsibility for any loss or damage caused due to poor packaging when the item is in transit.
9.35 Please note Cibamat will not accept responsibility for any defect or failure of goods notified after the expiry of the warranty period no matter when the defect or failure occurred — this includes prior to the warranty expiry date
9.36 Cibamat is not liable for any loss of profits, business interruption or sales issues that may occur directly, indirectly or incidentally due to a defective or faulty commercial unit. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that these eventualities are prepared for, as such Cibamat cannot offer any replacement to cover this loss of equipment.

Termination
9.37 Cibamat reserves the right to cancel or suspend any order where payment has not been received or payment has failed.
9.38 Cibamat reserves the right to suspend or terminate a sale where delivery or supply of the Goods is affected by reasons outside of Cibmat’s reasonable control such as force majeure, act of God, adverse weather and government intervention, sanction or legislation.
Liability
9.39 Cibamat cannot be held responsible for any costs/damage or loss of earnings due to any equipment being supplied faulty/damaged/developing a fault or deliveries failing/being delayed.
9.40 It is the responsibility of the Customer to be aware of all current legislation regarding catering equipment and application/installation. Cibamat cannot be held responsible for any issues/costs that arise from non-awareness.
